PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN AND HANDLING FEES WILL BE CHARGED.

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within thirty days from the date you received the item. The right of withdrawal only applies after the item has been delivered and received by the customer.

Orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled or canceled once delivery has begun.

Terms and conditions for returns

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
  2. The product must not be used, damaged, or altered
  3. Damage must be reported immediately upon receipt
  4. The customer is always responsible for all return shipping costs

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Refund

For approved returns, we offer a partial refund of up to 25 percent of the product's value.

Please note the following

  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Handling and administration costs are not refundable
  • Full refunds are not offered

Refunds will only be made after the item has been received and checked by us.

  • Order number
  • Customer's full name
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of any damage

The return address will be provided after the return request has been approved. Never send a return without confirmation from us.
